At the helm is our esteemed Chairwoman, Sakuna Shrestha (Malelu), whose visionary leadership and unwavering commitment have been the guiding force behind our success. Alongside her, CEO Kusal Shrestha, who, during his time living abroad as an expat, longed for a sense of home. This longing inspired him to create Sakuna Apartment – a place where expatriates can find a home away from home in Nepal. His personal experiences as an expat have been instrumental in shaping the ethos and services of Sakuna Apartment, ensuring that every aspect of our accommodation meets the unique needs of our international guests.

Our team extends beyond the immediate staff to include a network of dedicated external support teams. This includes skilled electrical and plumbing professionals, a meticulous security company, diligent accountants, and reliable suppliers, all working in unison to ensure the smooth operation of Sakuna Apartment. Our attentive housekeeping staff, vigilant security guards, and friendly reception personnel play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
