03What is included in each apartment?
Every apartment includes furnished bedrooms and living areas, an equipped kitchen with cookware, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, cable TV, hot water, and power backup.
04How often is housekeeping provided?
Housekeeping is provided twice each week, including regular linen care. Our team respects your preferred routine and privacy.
05Is the internet reliable for remote work?
The building uses dual internet connections so a second connection can support service if one provider has an outage.
06What safety and security systems are in place?
Sakuna provides 24-hour security guards, CCTV in public areas, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and hoses, earthquake alarms, and on-call maintenance support.
07Is parking available?
Yes, secure on-site parking is available for guests. Please mention your vehicle when checking availability.
